Kai's Sweet Delights Policies
Deposit, Payment, & Cancellation
At Kai's Sweet Delights (KSD), we appreciate your commitment to our handcrafted creations. To secure your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders. The non-refundable deposit will be due within 3 days after receiving a quote. The remaining balance is kindly requested 1-week prior to the event date. All deposits and payments are to be paid via Zelle. In the event of a cancellation, all clients must contact KSD via email at kaisweetdelights@gmail.com no less than 7 days prior to the event date. If completed within this time frame, the non-refundable deposit can be used towards a future order. Partial refunds are only issued if a cancellation is placed a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date. This is only applicable if the order has been fully paid 7 days before the pick-up date.

Your well-being is our top priority, and we are committed to transparency about our ingredients. Please be aware that our products may contain common allergens such as: dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. If you have specific allergies, kindly inform us when placing your order. While we take rigorous precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are entirely allergen-free
Care & Handling
Proper storage is key to preserving the freshness, flavor, and overall structure of the cakes. During transportation, we recommend that all cakes are placed on the floor of the vehicle with the a/c on high power. This will ensure that the cake is sturdy during transport and remains cool. Prior to serving, please bring the cake to room temperature by placing it out on a flat and secured surface.
Please note that once the cake is in the client's possession, KSD is not responsible for any damages incurred. We entrust the safekeeping of the cake to our clients, and recommend diligent handling to maintain its presentation.
Additionally, please note that the temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, design, or texture of the cake. We highly suggest abiding to the care and handling recommendations as KSD cannot interfere with the weather or temperature conditions.
