How long does it take to get your photos delivered?
Clients will receive access to their online gallery via e-mail within 5-7 business days after their session date.
Booking costs- Is a retainer needed? What happens if you need to cancel/reschedule?
TSL requires a 50% electronic retainer for all packages. All retainers are to be paid within 48 hours of receiving a confirmation email & contract.
If there is bad weather/an act of God/illness/etc, clients can place their retainer towards a re-scheduled session. However, if there is a cancelation or no-show, the retainer is non-refundable.
Travel fees vary depending on session location.
The remainder of your package + travel fee (if applicable) is due upon arrival of your session.
Can you request additional photos?
Yes! Clients can request additional digital photos for $7 each.
